Hotel Emerald

We did not take breakfast in the hotel as on all days we had to go out very early for tour purposes, so cannot comment. But dinner on two days was extremely good, The staff are very friendly and well mannered,

it was good experience and i had a really good time with my friends there because of this hotel cleaness.

We had booked a family room in hotel Emerald, in September 2021, as we were 3 members. Let me explain each point in detail Location: The location is in central Chandigarh. Its very conveniently located. however, at night, please take a taxi to reach directly to the hotel door, as the stretch to come into the hotel is dimly lit. Its safe, but feels odd. Also, keep in mind that the rooms are on 3rd floor, and there is no lift as of now. Rooms: We opted for the family room. The size was ok. the cleanliness level was very high. Full marks to the cleanliness. Staff - All the staff was helpful. There was no problem as such. Breakfast - I did not try myself, but one of our friends also stayed in the same property on the same day, and they reported it was good!

I travelled on my Two wheeler and reached the hotel late, like 0130 AM, the staff were polite they kept dinner in my room. They also helped me move my big bags to my room. The only challenge I faced was parking. I have a premium bike and there is no dedicated parking facility, you have to park in a public parking facility and this worried me constantly. There is also a Lounge bar at the ground floor and you might hear loud music in your room from the bar during weekends. Over all my stay was good and I appreciate all the help from the hotel staff. I will rate them 4 stars

this hotel has very nice location to explore Chandigarh , everything is in 15 minutes distance , and property is also good value for money and food is also good
